By using Dishcovered you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Dishcovered turns food posts and your own uploads into a shared map of places worth eating at. Restaurant details come from public sources and may be wrong or out of date — always confirm hours and menus with the restaurant.
Your content
- Only import posts you have the right to share with us — public posts you choose to add. Imported posts always credit and link the original creator; we act on removal requests from rights holders (email [email protected]).
- You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us a license to host and display it in the app.
- No abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or spammy content. No fake visits or manipulated location data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Creators
Posts people share from Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms stay credited to their creator and link back to the original. If you created a post that’s on Dishcovered, you can claim your profile; when you do, you grant us a license to host and display your posts that appear here, and you can remove any of them at any time.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on Dishcovered infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with: your contact information; the work you believe is infringed; the Dishcovered link to the content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove reported content promptly and notify the person who shared it, who may send a counter-notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
Community
You can report any post, comment, or place, and block any user. Reports are reviewed by moderators; repeated violations end accounts.
Verified visits
“Verified” badges reflect a one-time location check and are provided as-is. We may revoke visits that appear spoofed.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Cleanup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Edit → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
